Exchange & Return Policy


If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to exchange the item or provide a full refund (excluding shipping) within 30-days of the original purchase. All item(s) must be in new and unworn condition. 

All exchanges/returns must be accompanied by the original receipt, the completed Exchange/Return Form and shipped in a box or padded mailer. Jewelry damaged in shipping cannot be accepted. For your protection, we recommend you send with some form of tracking and insure the package. Lionne Designs is not responsible for any exchanges/returns lost in shipping. We do not accept exchanges/returns shipped C.O.D.

  • To request a pre-paid USPS return label, please contact us at support@lionnedesigns.com. The return label may take up to 2-3 business days to process. A $5.00 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount or exchange amount when the label is used.
  • If you prefer to handle your own return shipping or live outside the contiguous 48 states or have an APO/FPO address, complete the Exchange/Return Form and send with the original receipt in a box or padded mailer to:  Lionne Designs, Attn: Returns,  PO Box 73,  North Liberty, IA 52317. We recommend you send package with some form of tracking and insure the package for your protection. Lionne Designs is not responsible for any exchanges/returns lost in shipping. We do not accept exchanges/returns lost in shipping. We do not accept exchanges/returns shipped C.O.D.

Refunds: If paid by credit card we will credit your account within 7-10 business days. If you request an exchange, your account will be charged or credited the price difference.

Gift Certificates cannot be returned. 

Items purchased through Lionne Designs fundraising events are only eligible for 30-Day Exchange or Credit. No Refunds.
